Anybody know the box dimensions?
onn. 42" Class FHD (1080P) LED Roku Smart TV [walmart.com] will be $88 on Nov 4th too.
The model seems to almost identical to Hisense H6570G: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/hisense/h6570g
Now that the sale is over, Walmart has taken down the original link.
But they still have another page with what appears to be the same TV here.
Good if you want to examine the specs.
This appears to be a slight older Hisense H6570F model while the BlackFriday model is H6570G. The newer H6570G has better upscaling and Chroma 4:4:4 for computer usage.
onn. 65" Class 4K (2160p) UHD LED Roku Smart TV HDR (100012587) [walmart.com]
No box dimensions found, but product dimensions are listed as:
11.60 x 57.30 x 35.10 Inches
These cheap TVs tend to have fairly minimal packaging.

I own a 65in LG OLED, and a 55in Samsung Q80R.... Both last year's top TVs for price and performance... And I still use the Hisense 65in I got last year for $240 and I have no issue with the 50in ONN I bought for $100 as well.
Budget 4K are pretty damn good from Septre, ONN and the like... People praise TCL and forget people talked trash about them as well... Same thing for Vizio.
Even more interesting is a lot of budget sets use 2nd tier Samsung VA panels that actually look better than the entry level LGs with poor contrast.

trying to talk yourself that you dont need bigger
well you always need bigger. ask all the ladies
Hisense bought the Sharp name a few years back, but may have lost the name. They sponsored the 2018 World Cup... I'm guessing quality only going to get better, but you can't beat these 4k smart TVs for the money, even if they last only 4-5 years. (Who knows how long with so much of them cheap plastic and led backlighting). I still have Panasonic plasmas with glass screens....they weight a ton in comparison, but have much more structure.
come on bruh.
All the brands you mention are cheap crappy brands. But it doesnt mean they dont work as advertised. They all will work, and sure QC prob wont be as great as more expensive, but the risk is low and reward is high so why not.
And you and others talk about cheap feel material etc. And again bruhs its only $228 for 65" 4K. And what are yall doing to warrant a more sturdy TV. Most people just set it and forget it. With little physical interaction with the TV after that. Cheap build or whatever, its not going to break by casually shaking it and moving it. People arent going to go to your house shake the tv and say "yep platic cheap build etc"
since it mostly would be used for fictional entertainment

wtf are you guys expecting for $228? Damn the way some of yall complain is like yall expect OLED 85" for this price.
Yall are the biggest trolls.
And those who say youll be replacing your tv in a year lol. Then if that happens, you got the amount of time the TV was worth--but that is not likely to happen as many of these no name cheap brand TVs last for years. Sure you hear a few horror stories, but you dont hear the HUNDREDS maybe THOUSANDS of sets that are fine.
Heck, if it breaks in 2-3 years after heavy use, that means I got my money's worth and in 2-3 years, they will be selling 85" 4K 120hz native smart TVs for $228.
I have a crappy westinghouse 4K TV from 2 years ago 55" 4K smart TV that was like $228 as well, and there is no reason for me to replace it because it works fine but deep down im hoping it breaks so i can get this as a replacement because I got my money's worth.
This is a great f-ing deal if you need a TV now, dont care about brand or all the mumbo jumbo quality numbers the nerds here try to shove down your throat and them trying to persuade you to join them since they paid 2, 3, 4, 5, 6x more for their set and want to feel good that their TV that cost more is so much better. Many of those same people buy those expensive sets and only using the tv speakers or a sound bar lol. Only take av geeks who run a true av receiver setup with their properly calibrated OLED tv seriously. But at the same time those guys dont seem to settle for anything less. So as someone who falls in between, buy this tv if you need one

it's <10% of the cost. Honestly if it lasts 3 years and your samsung lasts 10 years, this is still cheaper per year by far. Also, you could get another $250 in 3-4 years which will probably be better than your currently valued $3k samsung. Technology moves fast and this is moving at the speed of computers. Next gen tvs will have video games built in (probably via Roku), more advanced Roku features and what not.
Get this tv, use it 3 years, move it to your garage or kids room and spend another $250 getting another one. Note: my TCLs Roku tvs have been running 5+ years without any issues. Also you could craigslist your tv for like $100 in a few years...

In a couple of years I will get OLED. Finally an emissive pixel like good old plasma.
Oh you, don't think that was possible? Then we both know now who is too blame. Because we have empirical evidence that it is and we didn't do it. Or do you think American's breed their geniuses to shop in Walmart two times a week? LOL
