Bullshit, you won't see pixels unless you like to pretend to be an elitist and sit stupid close to a 32 inch screen. Anyone will find problems to complain about if they want to find problems.
I have a curved Acer 32", also just 1080p, and i'm typing on it right now, sitting 2.5 feet away from it , have perfect 20/20 vision and the screen is perfectly fine for text, videos and images. I game on it too. Will you see finer, sharper display on a QHD screen at the same size and distance, yes, but nobody is going to see pixels at typical, practical use scenarios.
this is a good price point for anyone who needs a larger screen but doesn't need more than 1080p res.
this is good for playing console and pc games while having a nice 144hz rate.

bro get a 1440p monitor. You have no idea how ridiculous you sound haha I have 27inch 1440p monitor and a 27inch 1080p in front of me all day everyday at my desk with the same background. The 1440p is so much crisper its night and day.
General rule of thumb is anything over 24inch you get 1440p. 24inch and under is 1080p. I can't even imagine how much worse a 32inch 1080p monitor looks. Sorry, dude but I think you're just trying to make yourself feel better by calling people with 1440p monitors "elitist" lol

Don't listen to that guy.. It sounds like he's content with what he has and never experienced true 1440p on a 32" at 165hz. lol so funny
Totally disagree. Technophiles are getting out of touch with reality. 1080p on 32" is satisfyingly crisp. The average user could never tell any different.
An average buyer does not need to be an elitist nor a PPI-phile to own a 4K TV, since 1080Ps have been obsolete for several market cycles. When they realize that simple text on their new 1080P monitor cannot match their existing TV's sharpness, they will regret their purchase. A high refresh rate is no consolation for the average buyer.
This monitor's previous market was first-person shooter gamers, not the sub $200 buyer.

I don't consider myself an elitist but I just know from experience as I move up the tech ladder starting with a 24" 1080 Acer monitor I had for half a decade until I upgraded to a 27" IPS QHD Benq until my recent monitor of the LG 27GL850B which is a 27" QHD IPS 144+ hz monitor.
If you have a crap monitor now, the price for this isn't bad by any means. This would work fine for console gaming when I'm sitting on my couch 8 ft away so pixel density is not as noticeable but as a monitor on my desk, nope.

If you think you will like a CURVED monitor, may be ok for some.

But if your the type who likes everything big and don't need to fit a lot of dense data on your screen, this would be good.
