Yeah, my rep said the same, it's just that many stores did not receive any 12 Pros for AT&T.
I was there this morning and ask about the 12 Pro. They'll have them at Costco's this week but not 512MB. Promo does apply to both models. Also don't know if it showed above but it would waive the $30 activation fee at Costco. Frown makes me sad, wanted to get it at Costco.

I hesitate to ask because I'm sure this question has been asked so many times. I'm trying to understand why the bill credits are so bad. I'm an existing Verizon customer needing at least 2 new phones. Verizon has no deals for existing customers. I would pay $41.66 per phone for the 12 pro plus the plan and line charges for 24 months. Isn't that worse than switching to At&t and basically getting the phones for almost zero after trade ins and bill credits? I pay about the same for service and line charges either way. I know it's 6 months longer term but what am I missing here? Verizon has no deals for existing customers so I'd be paying full retail for the phones over 24 months plus all the other charges. My main concern would be if AT&T service would be as good as Verizon for the areas I use it. I would think it's comparable.

Went in the morning and they only had like 3 64gb blue and 2 128gb black for the iPhone 12 at one my local location... They called the other location within 25 mile radius and said there were no AT&T iPhone 12 shipped to them.

I didn't ask about the trade-in if it could be done in store, at their kiosk, or must be online. I'm really curious about it.. I know most are saying it has to be done online.

For what I know, trade in is NOT done online. Purchase is done at the warehouse. The phone info for trade-in is provided to the Wireless Advocates rep during purchase. A box, padded envelop and a print out of mailing label is provided to the buyer to ship the trade-in phone.

Can others post their experience?

This deal on 256gb iPhone Pro

iPhone Pro 256gb with tax ... 1,189
Less trade in and bill credits ... -800
Monthly charge (w/ tax of 8.25%) for 30 months 81.875 * 30 ...2,435

Total ... 2,824 over 30 months

iPhone Pro 256gb with tax ... 1,189
Prepaid AT&T for 40 for 30 months ... 1200

Total ... 2,389 over 30 months

Seems like a good deal to me especially with other AT&T unlimited plan goodies.

If I transfer 4 lines, is there an eligible unlimited family monthly plan for 4 lines that cumulatively comes out cheaper than 75/month X 4 (for 4 lines)? Thanks.

Might as well ask if there's a way to get a free phone while trying out their service. So far, I haven't been able to find any carriers willing to take me up on that offer... OMG
