This is the same as the 900h except you get 5 years warranty versus 1 year. You also get Costco's 90 day return policy and their great customer service. Pay with the Citibank Costco Visa and you get 7 years warranty total. The Citibank 2 years kick in after the 5 year manufacturer warranty ends.

Delivery is free, but you can get White Glove delivery for an extra $20. They remove the TV from the box and verify it works. They also take the box with them, so you don't have to throw it away (box not required for return).

Paying with the Costco Visa will get you 2% cashback ($51.38) and if you have the executive membership you get an additional 2% back for a total of $102.76 combined.

https://www.costco.com/.product.9985900.html
5 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Direct Full Array LED (FALD)
HDMI 2.1
ATSC 3.0 Tuner (4K OTA Broadcasts) - Future firmware upgdade
TRILUMINOS Display
X-Motion Clarity
VA Panel
Screen Size: 84.6" Diag.

Rtings ratings: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/sony/x900h

If ordered tomorrow, I believe the Costco Price Adjustment Policy should cover the BF price drop: https://customerservice.costco.co...adjustment (shows link/button to request Price Adjustment online).

Costco.com will gladly issue a credit for the difference between the price you paid and the promotional price, if your purchase was made online at Costco.com and was within 30 days prior to the change in price. Credits are typically issued within 3-5 business days.

This is the same TV they had on October 25 for a two day deal and apparently it was sold out in less than 12 hours but it may have been due to low inventory. Decent deal , but I like many others believe it will hit $2100-$2300 for BF

Agree but if we buy now, Won't Costco price match within 30 days? I am worried if it is cheaper for BF that they will have extremely limited inventory and I'll miss it. Or does costco not match their own BF deals? For example, will they bundle it with an HDMI cable and therefore not allow a price match?

It was more expensive this month ($2769 I think) so I think it is new. However it was cheaper than this ($2369 I think) in september

You are correct. It's a copy of my previous post including much of my description copied verbatim.

No need to take it down. If you copy the details from a previous post then just make note of it for reference which I see you now did.

Great TV, but as others have said, I don't think this is a special price and I would expect for it to go lower before long. That said, it might not because it is such a popular model.

Sorry, don't want to be a broken record newbie, but I don't understand the "waiting" for it to go lower. We are within 30 days of BF. (And I thought they went by delivery date and not purchase date and right now can choose delivery Nov28) What is the downside to just buying now?

Does Costco historically not price adjust for BF deals?

Is costco sneaky where they do a bundle (ie thrown in an hdmi cable) so that price adjustment doesnt apply?

Is the BF price lowering expected to happen more than 30days from now?
Is it expected to go even lower 30day after BF?

Am I missing something else?

Otherwise, I'll prob pull the trigger now. But I don't want to be making a rookie mistake

Especially since I can set delivery for after thanksgiving and just cancel

As I mentioned in another thread, I had bought this TV in my local Costco only to find that it wouldn't fit in our SUV

So I ended up returning it (without even having left the store with it )

So I was happy to see this return to the website where I can order it with delivery

So the Wife and I bought it again at Costco.com

We Might do trick of setting the delivery date for after Black Friday.... Although I am not convinced that the price will go lower

So.... it might go lower, it might not? Got any stock tips, too?

I'm a little worried it won't fit up my stairs so I definitely need delivery. You don't even have to set delivery after BF, I assume we'll know like a week before
