I don't think this is a minor thing either after reading a dozen pages or so and may be a deal breaker for many.

$1970 85" version cost 63.8 cents per square inch of screen
$1599 75" version cost 66.5 cents per square inch of screen
$970 65" version cost 53.7 cents per square inch of screen
Therefore, the 75" version is the worst choice and actually cost more than the 85" version when looking at cost per square inch of screen

Costco.com VS Costco Warehouses (physical stores)
Costco.com vs Costco Warehouses (physical stores) act as 2 different business units and will not price match if bought from the "other" store.

30-day Price Adjustment
Multiple people have chatted/talked with customer support and have posted proof that orders will be price adjusted.
Multiple Costco.com orders even have the price adjustment already issued.

Costco Warehouses
Price adjustment seems to depend on the associate/store manager so YMMV.
The carton is a beast and DON'T LAY TV FLAT when transporting.

Others have said it is not noticable playing games, at higher scaling, and that it is clear at 60Hz.
It has only been 2 weeks since the firmware enabling HDMI 2.1 has been released. There is much outrage and debate if the issue can be corrected in future firmware update, with Sony not helping releasing a statement saying it was intentional to provide "smoothness". But no one knows the actual details at this time.
I am fairly happy with the TV, but I won't be using it as a computer monitor, and won't be an early PS5 adopter probably, besides most games aren't going to be 4K/120Hz anyway. So will be a while until the issues really affects me.
There are some other bugs, especially with eARC and loss of sound mainly to sound bars. But it is not universal.. Some have issues, many don't. And rebooting issues, but changing RS232 to Serial helps with a lot of those, seems keeps sending signals on RS232 that causes problems,. changing to Serial which must people don't use prevents the signals from getting too other equipment.
Hoping future firmware will correct the issues.
Out of my 30 day price match window, but still in 90 day return... wondering if will be able to get adjustment, or going to have to return and re-buy. For $500 will probably be worth the hassel .
I believe the cancel orders when the address don't match.
