2.4ghz small hole= least flow/speed, most range
5ghz medium hole= more flow, short range

Kind of. WiFi6e will be adding additional channels to the already packed 5GHz space. The issue with 5GHz now is not really co-channel interference at 20MHz, it's that most default settings by companies making these products default them to a "best" setting, or 40/80MHz channels. 40MHz channels is channel bonding, uses up two 20MHz channels, 80MHz uses four, etc.
The goal with 6e is to reduce that co-channel interference by increasing the amount of channels available. With 6e, we will be seeing the ability to most likely do 40MHz channels by default with limited interference, and even multiple 80MHz deployments as well. I think 160MHz is still far off, but really this just hopefully gives us the ability to get closer to at least gigabit WiFi speeds.
It is client device dependent, yes. 6e is really the best thing to happen to WiFi in a long time.

But really wow routers for $500.. and next year it will be all $1000 like (i)phones or samsung phones. Routers will be released with 4K AMOLED touch screen. So let's wait & justify it.
