The 400GB capacity offers ample space to accommodate 4K UHD and Full HD videos and movies, while the 100 MB/sec. read speed ensures rapid data access. -slickdewmaster
basically if you only want to have one huge card that you put in and never take it out either 400 GB deal but if you want faster reading speed get the 128 GB deal and if you want more space than the 400 GB then get two of the 256 GB cards.
Just FYI to anyone unaware (and maybe this is outdated info), there is/was a large issue with counterfeit Sandisk memory cards being sold on Amazon. I personally never buy memory cards from Amazon for that reason, and I buy nearly everything from Amazon.

I just bought this last week and it has a little bit more space for the same price. I had never heard of this rebranded micro sd but people were swearing all over the place of the quality. Strange this is that it's rated at 512GB but it appears that the card actually has only 500GB. Same price more storage.

I have no experience with the sd cards on the switch as my kids use it and I never touch it. But want to confirm that you can save games to it which is why you want a large size?
Not sure what you are trying to explain or prove here and not trying to argue but it has been stated that this is truly 500GB (464 usable) and not 512GB (474 usable).

Most likely because you lose space after formatting and how much space lost spends on what type you have it at.
I'm not sure if that is the case, per the amazon comments that I have read of people analyzing the card it is a known issue with this rebranded one. For my personal usage (Nintendo Switch) this isn't an issue though as a typically 512 GB cards are SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive and I'm not going to sweat a ~12GB loss.
