Just shipped my dad's out yesterday. It is still in stock.
How much range are you really getting? I have a small one now but I like the look of this more but need to go semi far. I like that you can take out the battery so potentially I could bring it in with me and charge it on location.

I have not put it to the test of a long ride. Most of my daily rides have been a for a half dozen miles and my battery was still at a high level. I'll try a longer ride today to see what I can get. I believe it was advertised around 20 miles.

Hi I did an impromptu test when I first got it and got 40 miles on assist level 1. I heard people getting 18-20 miles on assist level 3.
Dang, that's really good. What do you weigh? Under 200 or over? Weight has a big factor too.
I weigh 175 fwiw. The motor does about 7mph on its own in level 1 and I do the other half of the work to cruise around town at about 12 mph. I was looking to see what the bike's max range was with reasonable pedaling effort.
As an aside, you can trick the bicycle into doing all the work for you if ghost pedal. It's where you barely turn the pedals to keep the motor running but don't put much effort into it. I'll eventually get lazy and bump it up to level 2, and I imagine my mileage will be closer to 20 then.

Having had the city bike version for a month or so now (which uses the same controller and battery), I can tell you that once you exceed the speed that the motor is set for, it does none of the work (and the battery will last virtually forever). Think of the 3 power levels as speed targets. When you select level 1, the target is 7mph, and the motor will do whatever work is needed to achieve that (so if you pedal more, it does less) until you exceed that speed, at which point it does not of the work. On assist 1, I get very good range, because on flat or slightly downhill grades it's very easy to achieve that speed and I'm usually going faster. When I go uphill or get tired, the motor helps me, and the charge level starts dropping.
In the higher assist levels, the range is much less because the motor is typically doing more of the work. If I set it to assist level 3, hook a tag-a-long bike behind me for my son, and rely on the motor to do most or all of the work, I think the range is probably 10-15 miles depending on the terrain. OTOH, I just did an 8 mile ride mostly on assist level 1 and I used very little battery, because I put in the vast majority of the energy.
My quick review of the eMTB after a week and around 40 miles on it.
WOW, what an awesome purchase. Living in the city and on a hill, this bike really opened up my options and now I'm able to bike directly from home versus having to put the bike in the car.
This is a great entry level ebike. Power and range will depend on your weight and terrain, but I don't see any issues getting 20 miles out of it on power assist level 1 on normal/flat terrain. If you're on the heavier side (180-200lbs) and want to claim hills fast, you'll probably want to look for sometime with a little more power. Even if you're on the heavier side, this bike still might work out for you.
I'm around 155lb and have a 35lb toddler riding in the back and it's working well for us.
The battery capacity is relatively small compared to other ebikes, so your range might be limited versus other ebikes. However, the battery is "only" $200 versus most other ebike batteries which runs in the $400-600 range. So if you need extra range, you can pick up a spare battery from the manufacturer.
In my case, I plan to buy a second bike for the wife, and plan to use the her battery for extended rides with our toddler.
Is the bike perfect? Of course not, but definitely a good buy at $380 (cancel the helmet after ordering). Will it be my last ebike? Definitely not. It's a great entry level bike, and now I know what's important to me in my next ebike purchase.
