Few answers to some questions I saw in this thread and some notes:
I have been unable to daisy chain the 2 monitors even though, as stated earlier, the documentation states that you should be able to do this [hp.com].
I can confirm that the monitor drops to USB2.0 when you use 4K@60Hz (you can see this in the On Screen Menu)
I can also confirm that the monitor's power supplied to the laptop (over the 1 USB-C cable) can indeed sometime struggle to keep the 16'' MacBook battery charged at 100%. This only happens when I am severely stressing the CPU. As a developer, that happens quite frequently when I am compiling a lot of code or running a lot of docker containers at the same time (it's a 64GB MacBook so I sometimes have dozens running at the same time). I have however never managed to not get through the day, with it totally going to 0% when hooked up to the monitor's power (although I have gotten close).
This is by far the easiest way to get a "clean" setup with USB-C without costing an arm and a leg: 1 USB-C cable is all I need
On that USB-C cable: the one that comes with the monitor is the only USB-C cable that I have ever gotten to work with my MacBook and the Monitor. I have tried at least 3 other highly rated USB-C cables but none of them worked (even though they worked fine for other purposes).

2. We have these at work, and I have observed on multiple monitors discoloration in the corners of the screen. It's pretty drastic. It very much could be because the monitors are typically left locked on a static screen.

Does anyone know other resellers that price match?
