11/19 New offer: Get half off the Google Pixel 4a with 5G with 24 monthly bill credits when you pick it up on EIP, add a new qualifying line OR trade in an eligible device.

11/10 Old offer: Get HALF OFF the Google Pixel 4a with 5G with 24 monthly bill credits when adding a new line OR trading in an old smartphone

This makes it sound like you can just get half off for picking it up on EIP without having to trade in or add new line?
I see that too!

Anybody know if you'll be able to keep Google unlimited photos after June 1st next year with this Pixel 4A?

I know Google is changing and will start counting your photos data after June 1st. Most people have 15GB free storage. Google send me an email about this change and calculated that at my usage I would last 7 months after June 1st until I ran out of space. Rather not have to pay $1.99/month for 100GB

I received mine yesterday and have been really impressed with the phone. It's replacing a Pixel 2xl that was on it's last legs. For the $250 I paid for trading in my older device, I think this is worth every penny.

How did you get around "adding a new" line? Did you port your number over?

2. Get HALF OFF the Google Pixel 4a 5G when adding a new line OR trading in an eligible old smartphone

The poster has traded in his older phone and received 4a 5G for 250. No need to add a line.

This is correct. I didn't add a new line I just submitted my request by trading in an older device.

From what I've been reading, no, you will not be able to get unlimited regardless of your phone (I think unless you had the original Pixel which said free lifetime original quality, but they could always change their mind on that any day)

When I try to upgrade online, it shows only $23 for Galaxy S7. (not adding new line)

Your estimated trade-in credit is $23.00!

Looks like all current pixel phones still get unlimited photos.

That's how it works. You'll still get the promotional value.

I'm aware of the difference. The person I quoted was asking only about unlimited photo storage, not whether it would be high or original quality. Thanks for the link though!

I am impressed too. I like it a lot more than the s20 FE I just sold.

Just my worthless two cents, but I finally after being with the Nexus/Pixel series forever, went to the dark side and got myself an 12 Pro Max.

As much as I like the google integration, the camera and certain features, I got fed up with too many things...of course, talk to me in 6 months and I may be switching back!

1. Bad battery life...my phone always dies before my family's (they all have iphones)
2. Mediocre customer support, especially compared to Apple.
3. Bluetooth/Android Auto integration...iphone works flawlessly in all my cars, I've always had issues with my Pixels. (I've had 3..Pixel XL, 3XL and 3a XL).
4. Lack of Accessories...nice to be able to buy more than just a Speck/Otterbox black case.
5. Phones crash/need reset fairly often. My families iphones never crash...people tell me I've just been lucky, but I handle 4 people in my household...at least 20 iphones over the years, and I've never needed to do a hard reset. Or go to Apple.
6. iMessage...silly, I know, but virtually everyone I know has an iphone. And on group texts, I'm often in the dark.

I'll let everyone know how I feel a few months from now, but it's not like getting married. A quickie divorce is a minute away.

Just started to purchase online and no mention of the offer during checkout. Should that be a concern? Am I better off to call CS?
