Just started to purchase online and no mention of the offer during checkout. Should that be a concern? Am I better off to call CS?
I was concerned about that too, as my pixel xl showed $9 trade in. I messaged them and they advised that I will still get the full credit ($250). I saw other people post on here it never shows the deal on the check out. I just ordered mine

Just my worthless two cents, but I finally after being with the Nexus/Pixel series forever, went to the dark side and got myself an 12 Pro Max.

As much as I like the google integration, the camera and certain features, I got fed up with too many things...of course, talk to me in 6 months and I may be switching back!

1. Bad battery life...my phone always dies before my family's (they all have iphones)
2. Mediocre customer support, especially compared to Apple.
3. Bluetooth/Android Auto integration...iphone works flawlessly in all my cars, I've always had issues with my Pixels. (I've had 3..Pixel XL, 3XL and 3a XL).
4. Lack of Accessories...nice to be able to buy more than just a Speck/Otterbox black case.
5. Phones crash/need reset fairly often. My families iphones never crash...people tell me I've just been lucky, but I handle 4 people in my household...at least 20 iphones over the years, and I've never needed to do a hard reset. Or go to Apple.
6. iMessage...silly, I know, but virtually everyone I know has an iphone. And on group texts, I'm often in the dark.

I'll let everyone know how I feel a few months from now, but it's not like getting married. A quickie divorce is a minute away.
Hah, I did the same got a 12 pro. I've been on android since the Samsung S3 but decided it's time to leave the platform as the rest of the household devices are ios.
I have a pixel 2xl that I moved from to the 12 pro and I'm looking how I can offload it for the best return. Though I'm not sure I want to get another pixel but so far the only deal I can find that maximizes the amount I get for it would be this one since it's nearly $250 rather than the roughly $40 for trade-in estimates.

But then you're stuck with another pixel! I have 3a xl. Bought it for 225 from Amazon. Will probably just keep it as a backup.

It shows $60 trade in for my 3axl. Do I get that too or is everything on the list credit you $250 over 24 months?

This is my first time doing a trade. I assume I just need to send the phone, right? Or do I need to send in the cord and charger also?

I received mine yesterday and have been really impressed with the phone. It's replacing a Pixel 2xl that was on it's last legs. For the $250 I paid for trading in my older device, I think this is worth every penny.
Did you have to buy a new sim for it? Or would simply using the esim option work?

Nope, I'm already a T-Mobile customer. I just popped in my sim from my previous phone.

I've done a trade-in for my wife's iphone before. They just asked for the phone itself. No accessories. I assume it's the same for this.

So I did the deal in the store. They just popped in the sim from my old phone. There was a new sim in the box. I called TMobile and they said I should use the new sim because it may work better with the 5G. I never know if I'm getting accurate info. I did end up installing the new sim because I saw no downside.

I installed the new sim, but I'm not getting 5G on it (I also have a One Plus 8 5G and I do get 5G on that)

My whole family is on ios and I have tried to switch twice but always come back to Android. Just got the 4a 5g and really like it. The battery life is awesome.
