Californians:
All models inflatable spas have become illegal for sale in California due to the inability to test to an efficiency level established for rigid or soft spas. Liberal nanny state

We wont be able to buy this...
sucks doughnut?

This deal is dead but in case anyone reads this in the future:
1) Setup isn't at all intuitive. I found a video on a similar unit and setup is exactly the same https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3...y&index=26

2) There's a California version of the hot tub, which I bought for $247 on Black Friday https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hydro-...f5a59eef28.

Your comment cannot be blank.

I own the Coleman version of this and live in Colorado it raised the electric bill between 15 to 25 bucks a month, also i would not recommend using it during the months of January to March, They are really easy to take down and put back out they take about 24 hours to heat up. They are very good alternative and less expensive to permanent hot tubs. I really enjoy it and have had my Coleman now for almost 4 years.
It works great for the money, never had a puncture, increase of $20 a month in my power bill (Georgia winters). Take the time to get it perfectly level, do not put it on your deck unless you are absolutely sure it was built for that much weight.
I have the camo version (different brand), it stores up small enough to fit in a large closet or shed. I used two inch foam board under it for a softer feel on the bottom, and for better insulation in the winter months. No issue with concrete if you go this route. You can cut the foam board to shape as well.

We're in Charlotte and have a similar spa. We've only had it for a month, but this morning with the temp at 37, the spa was holding at 104. We haven't used it yet in cold weather, so I can't comment on how quickly the temperature will drop with the cover off and bubbles on.

I am in Raleigh, so about the same.. do you leave it on all the time? How's electricity bill?

Yes, we leave it running all the time since we're in it daily. It has a 48 hour timer, so you have to keep resetting it or else it will shut off (assume this model is the same since it's also made by Bestway like the one we have). We haven't noticed a jump in the power bill, but it's only been a month. I read online it will add about $20/month, so we shall see. Can't go wrong for $200.

Also bought one, this is a great, very accurate review. Btw, are you using chlorine or bromine? Anything else as chems. The chlorine smell and vapors are strong when the bubbles are on.
Very good point. Chlorine vapor kicking up with the bubbles is not fun but bearable. Just make sure you're not over chlorinating.

Bought the coleman on the last slickdeal. We love it!! 3 kids, 5, 8 and 11 are in it all the time with goggles splashing around. We have on our screened on porch. Good investment!

Isn't there a country song by Craig Morgan just waiting to be written about the love affair that started out in one of these things? Kinda a follow up to his Redneck Yacht Club hit?

To the people who have used this for more than a year, is it durable enough to use on concrete? And where and how do you store it away?
The base was durable enough for the concrete, but the sun rotted the straps that hold the cover on. Warranty replacement took about a week.

I've been looking for a hot tub since lockdowns started happening in my area. A friend of mine had one of these in a different brand. They are insanely small IMO - there's no way 4 adults would fit in this unless you like playing footsie with your neighbor's wife. Intrigued by the price but I didn't love the experience I had.

There are several inflatable hot tub Facebook groups that have answers to every question here. There are also owners that have pics with surround decking 🤘🥇

dont let the birds or neighbors cats near this! also, once it gets a hole in it, its pretty much toast. maybe set up inside a shed or garage.

I had no idea this was even a thing

Would it be smart to perhaps even use this indoors?
No it wouldn't.

I bought one on clearance last year at walmart for $65 and it's one of the best investments I ever made. I'd have paid $400 for it earlier had I known how much I'd like it. It's hilarious in theory, but in practicality it works extremely well. Solid built, great value, and I love mine.

I have seen other inflatable hot tubs. This one says it has bubble for the Jets. Do others have stronger jets? Has anyone used this one and can comment on how the bubble jets are?
I wouldn't really call them jets. But the bubbles in ours are surprisingly strong.

And someone mentioned chemicals...I: would definitely suggest using bromine over chlorine since you won't have the chemical smell. We bought some small bromine tablets (had to break them in half to get them to fit in the float provided), PH up, baking soda and test strips. Cost about $40. Someone else mentioned getting shock and using it after every 2-3 uses and we plan on doing that. Just having trouble finding it at Lowes.

Chlorine gasses off at hot tub temps. Use Bromine for spas.
