- The APPLE gift card ($100) can be used to buy apps, iTunes stuff (music and movies), AND is good at the APPLE store (even for physical goods), but again, that's at the APPLE STORE. Keep in mind everything they sell there, except for some holiday and back to school bonuses, are all RETAIL, REGULAR price.
- The BestBuy gift card (the $20) can be used to buy most anything (except other gift cards, I think?) that BestBuy sells, including Apple stuff. But you'd better have a good use for that $100 above first!
Should also be noted that once you load these gift cards to your account you can't buy physical items in store. You have to use the Apple Store app or website to do in store pick up.
2000$ is the maximum you can have loaded to your Apple ID at a time. I've bought more than that and would use, redeem, and reload to make it work.

Yeah, they need to change that. Although I don't mind ordering online for in store pickup.
Gotcha. Last time they had this promotion in September ($10 GC then) I was able to get 1700$ worth of gift cards before my Best Buy account stopped allowing me. I then switched to another account if I recall correctly.
Do the Apple Gift Cards have to be e-Gift Cards or can they be physical gift cards too? Also, is there a limit restriction? Finally, is this de available online only or also in store?
I would appreciate if anyone knows the answers to the above questions. Thanks
I plan on buying M1 devices with student discount so I can't get any cheaper than that. I get your point though, especially for iPads.
Actually Best Buy in recent years has ran edu deals a few times a year that made some of the entry level airs and pros much cheaper than Apple, even with the edu discount. Again, only a few times a year, and must have a .edu email to qualify. So, if you are looking to buy soon, then yes, this Apple GC offer is still your best bet.
Not a bad deal for physical products direct from Apple but keep in mind they don't earn cashback and you have to buy from Apple. I assume these don't work in any Apple retailer but only apple.com itself. It is still a nice improvement over when it was just for software.
Don't you earn the cashback when you buy the gift card?

Can we now use these for iTunes? Last go around on my Apple Gift Cards they said no go for iTunes but good for AppleCare and any other products offered at their store.
