I bought this last time at $298 best purchase ever. And I bought the warranty. I live in née york and I'm Not trying to ride the covid subway or covid bus.
Nope. This thing is supposed to have 28 mile range.
I rode mine 6 miles and the battery life was down to exactly 50%. Means for a 200lb rider, you can get 12 miles of range in real life. MInd you, I was going full speed for those 6 miles. But on flat ground with constant speed (no stop and go).

Same. Enjoying mine. It's more powerful than my Xiaomi m365 and I've been using the Bird exclusively.
However, the rear non-suspension is terrible. It makes a massive clang every time it hits a pot hole or manhole cover.

I used to charge them. Three or four fit with the seat folded down in my 2004 Alero.
