Fair, that might be another reason to go with the OLED. It really does depend on your usage. If you can benefit from OLED's actual technical capabilities (your example, what I mentioned with media), then S6 or S7+ is worth it. Otherwise, if you just care about having a "nice screen," go with the regular S7, as you won't be able to tell the difference.

Went w/ the "Buy now, think later" mantra and ordered the s7 for $349.


Got burned bad by the Tab S2 years ago. The tablets (I had a 10.1" and the 8" versions) were phenomenal for the first year+ but then Samsung throttled the living hell out of it and I've always been skeptical of purchasing their products ever again (My S7 edge plus was severely throttled by them as well around the same time).

S7 is a much better deal. You're still getting the SD865 and 11 inches is larger than a base iPad. Great purchase if there's a way to flash custom roms on it such as Lineage OS.

Wow.. I been holding off on buying an s7+ for ever, couldn't justify paying a grand for a tablet, but this is a smoking deal.. 💪.. I would highly recommend you go for the 256gb model it's a better value for the money and will keep your tablet from becoming obsolete quickly.

Definitely the cheapest I've seen over the past couple of months of looking for a tablet. Getting the 3 free months of Xbox GPU is a good way to test out the service with this really nice tablet.
