I am not having a go at anyone, I genuinely want to know this.

With GPU disabled I get 8+ hours full brightness working and watching youtube. With GPU enabled I'm playing Dirt rally 2.0 on high settings at 55-80fps. Also, the screen on this looks very nice compared to others in the price range. I haven't purchased a <$1000 laptop with better colors.
That said, I got it at $800. At $900 I might find it hard to justify over something less portable yet way more powerful.

It depends on what you will be doing with your laptop, if you do not plan on gaming with the highest settings it is a great card. This seems to be the GTX 1650 ti since it has 6GB of Vram.
They designed the laptop before covid.
Just thought I might save someone the bother.

If you do heavy simulation and coding, this cheap alternate is ideal. Far better than what others have to offer at this price range.

8c/16t, better vid card, etc. Bought one for the wife, bought a 2x16 mem kit, and she's set.

That laptop has terrible reviews. A lot of people that own one say that it has a garbage cooling system and the screen has like a ~66% srgb scale

My budget is around $2500 (of course low is better) .

Razer base doesn't have SD card slot. Advanced is too expensive for what it offers.
