Fantastic deal. It will be the same price at Sam's and Costco for Black Friday, but obviously Target doesn't require a membership and you can save 5% with Redcard.
I've had this for 3 days now really enjoying it so far. I came from a 13 year old pioneer 5.1 set up and this sound bar sounds way better than the old system. Still haven't updated the firmware yet either IMHO for 150 this is a great buy
Not a member of Costco and seems to be out of stock for shipping at Sam's and the other locations
Really hoping to get this for the 70" Vizio deal I got Friday
Just got this and I have to say I'm a little underwhelmed. I think Rtings has it right, the sound is fine, and excellent for dialogue, but for movies it seemed thin and the presets just made it worse to my ears. I'm coming from a Yamaha YAS-107 soundbar and antique Sony powered sub, so I expected the jump from 2.1 to 5.1 to be an improvement, but felt like a small downgrade.
You can't beat the price to get center channel, rear surrounds, and wireless sub, but aside from improved dialogue (almost too strong), the overall sound just wasn't very full. I haven't been able to go hear any others in person, I'm just going on reviews, so I'm not sure how big an improvement jumping up to the $300 range will make. Or if you have to spend quite a bit more to really get good sound.
Anyone have any first hand experience between this and the next models up?

Yamaha YAS-107 is really a great soundbar. Designed to do well in the deep range. You might be able to tweak it to get closer...but really the Yamaha bar was just really well design and priced. YOu have to consider you are paying about the same for 5.1 versus 2.0.

This is one of the top-rated sound bars on Rtings. I think it's the best one under $300. [rtings.com]
