when you submit for $200 cash card do you use the phone no which costco setup for u or do you use the ported number by TMobile? I am planning to port a ATT number to this new line from costco
yep, I don't have the 2020 Line On Us 3 discount listed there but the new line is showing as 0.00 and my bill didn't go up... I have the older/previous Line On Us discounts listed there
I wouldn't worry about it. If I were in your shoes, I'd either give it a couple of days to see if it shows up. Or go ahead and message T-Force on Twitter/Facebook to confirm your added qualifies for the free line promotion. They're going to be slammed today so be prepared for long wait times (hour+?) for them to respond if you don't want to wait.
Costco opened at 9. Got to Costco at 920. The phone booth opens at 10. First phone rep showed up at 1010. Another customer jumped in front of me. Told them rep I was here before them but rep still helped them first. Don't understand why these people have to be so rude when they know they were arrived after me.
Another rep showed up at 1015. Told them I wanted to add a new line and I had my own device. Had the flexplan message. Rep called TMobile who got all the info needed then for some odd reason transferred us to another rep. That rep had to start over and get all the necessary account info.
Line added. Docs printed and signed. Rep gave me paper instructions to submit rebate online. Finally got out of there at 11am.
Rebate submitted. Now it's time to wait up to 14 weeks for the $200 Costco card.

Added a line at Costco. Unfortunately I do NOT see the 2020 line on us 3 in my account.
Chatted with 611 rep and he confirmed it's a free line. Anyone else in the same boat?
