Hmm. My rebate control number wasn't generated by WA2GO system and kiosk guy had to make a ticket for the costco card!

At Costco adding the line. The screen shows additional charge of $35 per month. I am hoping after the bill credits it will be free. Do I need to be concerned. A quick reply appreciated.

showed extra 25$ per month for me too... called tmobile from the store itself to confirm. Came home and checked the account. It shows Discount 20$ 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines)

That just happened to me too. No rebate popped up after adding a new line. They created a ticket for the Costco card to be mailed to my address instead.

I was talking about the 30 months iPhone 12 trade in credits. If someone in my family plan leave the credits will stop? I do not have any free lines in my account as my military one family plan doesn't qualify any free line promo.

Well, I have a bunch of tmobile phones on my drawer but.... I forgot to bring them. And the dickhead there didn't want to use the IMEI of the phone I use everyday. So it will be up to who you get. If they are a problem solver they will help you, if they are a problem maker they won't. But ultimately I blame myself for forgetting the extra phone and not giving myself enough time to go back there today. Hopefully they will have something similar before xmas.

Added the new line at Costco. Should I submit the rebate before initiating a port request? is it ok to have the phone numbers different from costo rebate submission and tmobile rebate (after porting)?
