How long on average does it take to receive 200 byod Costco rebate card, from past redemption? Could any vets who have done rebate deals chime in with their experiences even if T&C says up to 14 weeks?
For those who attempt to cancel multiple lines after the smoke clears, wouldn't doing this remove your Free Line on Us 1, Free line on us 2, Free Line 3 or attached phone promos recently?
would like to know this as well. Do you actually have to take two devices two costco or can they just open the lines and give us the SIM cards?
For me, they asked me to insert the SIM to any phone and make a call to their landline number. They put a generic IMEI number for all lines activated at Costco. So you don't need to carry two devices if your own phone is unlocked or T-Mobile locked.
Port in at costco or with tmobile is the same. It is the end result that matters.
Costco's does not required port in. It is BYOD. Port in is free line.
Gotcha. I'm actually trying to figure out how to port a number using Tmobile's website.
more than 36 hours and mine still doesn't show the free promo... but they all confirmed its free at their end...TMo backend IT system sucks.
mine isnt showing up either. same situation Tforce confirmed before and after that it will be free but my plan showing $40 more for the added line. i am on the grandfathered simple choice plan. Are you also on simple choice. Maybe its something to do with the plan?

I am on the high end MAGNUM PLUS plan
Sad thing is I added line on my own account at Costco and got the Free Line Promo to show on my account within 30 minutes.
On my family members account I added line it via T-Mobile chat and yeah almost 2 days and still nothing.
When/If their bill shows up with addition line cost I'm gonna look bad. I told them it was gonna be easy. LOL
1) Go to costco to do the promo. They give you a local line.
2) Go to chat with tmobile to do port in.
3) Fill out costco form with the new ported in number
4) Fill out tmobile promo

I added a line with $200 promo and gave the IMEI number, but later realized the IMEI number is locked to another carrier. So I used a different phone.
Will it cause any issues to get the rebate?
Which IMEI number should I use in the rebate form?
Thanks for the help.
