Porting in from various networks: don't use Google Voice, Boost or any MVNO that uses Tmobile as their network. Even if the rep let's you do it, your rebate will get rejected later.
It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

No. Essentials Unlimited 55 is limited to a maximum of two voice lines. You can get a single line for just $40 per month with autopay (plus taxes and fees).

The Essentials Unlimited 55 promotion is limited to a maximum of 2 voice lines of the Essentials Unlimited 55 plan. If you need more than 2 voice lines, T-Mobile Magenta plans may better fit your needs.
However, I would think the two-lines limit still applies as I remember that being the case when I signed up years ago.
I'm getting hell of a deal on current plan ($60 for unlimited everything for two lines), but it would have been even sweeter if I could add another line or two for free for my kids when they get older.
