It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

Sure a certain few small %tage get them back after raising hell and going to BBB, TV news, FTC complaints (which oh BTW, oh yea we can offer to switch you back after making the papers or TV np), but other than many wasted hours, it's kind of a runaround game until you find a good rep.
Also the billing system are rife with errors and overcharges with these add a line, free lines, port ins, phones promos, switch plans...and if you don't stay on top of all these convoluted billing month after month, they got you on overbilling for those few months or years.
YMMV but we all need to keep vigilant and do HWs, call to fix, chat to repair, get yr credits back else it's much harder to find sympathetic CS/Team of Experts who are willing to comb through your last 6mons of bills to credit you or gasp, fix your plan/faulty phone promos that a rep hastily added you to or the billing system overcharges.
It can work out beautifully with the savings on plans, rebates, credits and free/almost free phones...just keep at it and fix billing mistakes quickly, and often...even after 2 billing cycles they still occur in large numbers and reps are trained to say smoothies and soothies sentences to calm you but then you'd have to contact the next 3 reps to get what is right for you.
Good luck, great savings, Godspeed and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! 🙃
I imagine you're on simple choice too? Ends up costing about $3-5 per month which is lighting money on fire if you have noone to use it

I don't know if this will block me from adding a new free voice line, does anyone know?
If so, would it be possible for me to cancel a free 200MB tablet line and then add this one?
I just checked my SOC code and this time I do qualify, will try calling them tomorrow to see if I really qualify
1) I have soc: FRLTULF2, how many free lines can I essentially have on that plan?
2) Can Magenta Unlimited 55/ Megenta Plus Unlimited 55 take advantage of these free line promotions as well?
Good timing to port those cricket numbers out tomorrow from iphone 8 Plus deals.
You can transfer this phone number to T-Mobile. You will be able to enter this number after adding items to your cart and entering your information during the check-out process. IMPORTANT: Please have your account number, pin/password (if applicable), and your billing address ready when you call. This will ensure your porting process goes smoothly. Reminder: Do not cancel your wireless account until your T-Mobile account has been activated.
I guess I'll find out for sure tomorrow...
Even though the OP said you can't get any free phone with Add A line, I managed to get the free LG K51 phone for $15 (Taxes). The rep has processed the free line with the free phone, shipped overnight (free).

It seems that a rep is saying that it's possible but it looks like it contradicts what the promo says about any of the AAL promos.
