The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

is it better to wait on future free line promotions that can stack with IPhones or are we done with the stacking with apple products?

So your last 2 lines both have their own independent $30 line charge, with your 10th line not showing that charge brought down to $0 and your 11th showing it going to $0 after promo?
I have 10 lines group to a total charge - and promo deducted at account level - kickback extra

11th Line is 30 but free shows up

I know it's true because I was comparing two separate bills - one with 10 lines and one with 11 - account $ didn't go up at all - kickback didn't apply to 11th line...

But kickback applied to 10th line

What plan are you on? Kickback should only apply to ONE. And ONE does not have a plan that groups 10 lines (voice lines) together. ONE has always been 2/$120 (or 2/$100 promo plan), 4/$160, or 9/$270.

Is one of the lines you're referencing either a wearable, digits, or tablet line? The tiers I provided are voice lines only.

My SOC code is SLCULTT25. I'm never eligible for any of these ever Frown Currently paying $55/month for 1 line with unlimited talk, text and data. My SO has the same plan and also pays $55/month. There's got to be a better way we should be doing this.

t-mobile ONE

And yes it does
T-Mobile modified my plan after they accidentally changed me to magenta when I added 9th line.
But when they switch back—- it just at account level for 9 lines

Then when I added 10th "2020 line on us" it was added to account level again

But not the 11th "2020 line on us 2" - it's at line level

Which got me puzzled

But note, before the mess up on 9th line - they were all at line level - my buy 2 get 1 free - the free is attached to line .. now it's no longer attached except my 11th Line

What exactly is everyone doing with the free lines?
Get heavily discounted phones on EIP. More lines mean don't need to pay off the EIP to take advantage of a new promo... just put it under another line. Yeah it traps under many multi year EIPs but c'mon not like I'm gonna switch service with so many free lines. Then just pay off the EIP when there's a credit card into offer you need to meet minimum spend.

I'd double check those bills one last time. You either have a very incredible one-off situation, or those last 2 lines were 9 and 10 and not 10 and 11.

If you actually have 10 grouped together, I'd be curious to know how much you're being charged for that base plan before any of your discounts.

you need 2 paid lines to qualify any free lines for now or future. why not both of you and your SO combine into one account?

This is exactly what I'm planning on doing along with the 50% off Pixel 4A offer when adding a new line (in this case the free line).

Please keep us posted on your progress!
I thought that for the Costco $200 GC offer (BYOD) you need to have already a device and it cannot be used to qualify to get new phone offers.

I think you can do the TMobile $100 Rebate for porting IN a new number PLUS the 50% off Pixel4A or FREE if you also trade in an eligible device but not all of that in conjunction with the Costco $200 GC offer (BYOD)

Am I missing something?

Can you elaborate more How are you planning to do the BYOD $200 GC offer from Costco, TMobile $100 rebate for porting in a new number, and also the 50% off Pixel4a or FREE Pixel4a with an eligible device?

If that is doable then you might just consider getting a used eligible phone mentioned at the promo and get the Pixel4a for free.

We'd love to combine in to 1 account but neither of us want to lose our number, do you happen to know if that's even possible?

I'm lost, how do we get the free line...? I don't see a line on us or such promo. I have 3 existing lines, looking to add another free. I have a magenta2 plan, so I should see it...?

10 lines with kickback is $100
But currently 3 lines over 2GB - so it's at $130
