Porting in from various networks: don't use Google Voice, Boost or any MVNO that uses Tmobile as their network. Even if the rep let's you do it, your rebate will get rejected later.
It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

I got the free line (I now have 3 free lines) and got deal for the iPhone SE for 50% off for adding a new line.
iPhone SE 128gb cost is $8.33 / month x 24 months = $199.92
I paid total today of $99.66
Breakdown
$49.99 down payment
$10 for the sim card
$39.67 taxes on the device
The rep waived the $20 support fee

So I want to bring my girlfriend from her dads plan (Grandfather) to my plan (Magenta).

If I can add this free line to my account, can I simply get T-Mobile to transfer my girlfriends existing number from her dads plan to my plan/new free line with zero cost/fees?

Can what I am trying to do above get me the $100 port-in credit as well?
First get the free line and port in another number outside of Tmobile's network. You could get a cheap 8-12$ number from ebay. Port that in first.
And apply for the rebate using that. After you get the rebate in a month, you can move your gf's line over the number you ported in.
But if you want to immediately move her line over to the free line, you wont be able to take advantage of the port in.
Though you may still want to confirm with Tforce once.
Now waiting for IP 12 Pro Max deal. Missed the loyalty rebate.
Regarding buying a phone for the new line:
