Ditto. Just did mine but not seeing "3" either... I'll give it some time to sort out though
Just accomplished in Costco, and while I don't see "3" either, I do see the new line added at $0 cost in the account history. So I believe I am good to go!

Was anyone able to get the "one plus promo" added onto their free line as a feature? And if so, which contact (Facebook / twitter / chat / 611) method did you use?
I tried on messenger and twitter, no dice. Let me know if you have success.

Anyone know why they're charging me $100 for deposit just to add two lines to my account? This has never happened to me before. It's only $10 per line, but I'm confused by the deposit.

I just had a rep tell me that it would be a $100 deposit fee for adding a 6th line for free. First told me $30 one time, then changed it to $100. Any can chime in on this, from what I understand no one is paying $100 for this free line promo. I'm on EIP magenta plan

That's weird. So how many hours between activating the line and the time it showed on your account as 2020 free line?

They told me I will get it back in 12 months. I think I will cancel one line and just add one instead of two so I will not have to put a deposit down.

Anyone can help and know the answer that if i have 4 lines and my 3rd line is free (so paying 1st, 2nd and 4th),
1. if i cancel my paid 4th line, will i lose my 3rd free line
2. if i get today (Holideal) for free line as my 5th line free (so 1st, 2nd, 4th pay, 3rd and 5th line free), is that meaning that i cannot cancel the 4th paid line after 12 month from today?

Thanks!

If the free line is already added earlier today, can I still get the Pixel 4a free with tradein? The rep on the Tmobile app says they can't do it now, as it was supposed to be done together with the new line.
