Porting in from various networks: don't use Google Voice, Boost or any MVNO that uses Tmobile as their network. Even if the rep let's you do it, your rebate will get rejected later.
It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

I called in yesterday around 10AM, after not being able to AAL myself online.
Still had a spare SIM, and because I told her I tried online and wasn't able to, the $20 support fee was waived, so it was completely free for me.
Additional line showed up pretty much immediately, but the discount did NOT (bill amount increased).
Kept checking throughout the day, still nothing.
This morning, checked again, and the bill amount is back to what is was previously, and the discount is now listed. 😁

Also, I asked T-Force to verify if the free line promo was added to the Costco line... they said yes (even though it doesn't show up, yet). She states when a line is added during the timeframe the promotion is active, it will automatically add the free line promo. It can take "a few days" to show up. Odd that it shows up instantly for some but takes days for others.
