It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

Giving free cel phone service to my Dad, Mother-in-law, Sister-in-law, Nephew, and Nephew's fiance. 1 free 6GB data line. Last line, still debating.
What are his best options?
I read 55+ deal at T-Mobile makes $100 rebate and third phone line ineligible, if he chooses that plan. He can choose any plan, but he's definitely looking to get out of ATT.
He could even do Google FI as 96% of his time is at his home. I tried looking through stackable deals, from all carriers, but can't find best options before they will expire shortly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mom passed away 1 year ago - day before Thanksgiving -but he wants to keep her phone and keep it active..
Could really use you help. Hard time now.

I could not get a confirmation but I was told by a representative that it will probably mess up any pending rebate/credit/gift card associated with the new line opened using BYOD promo.
I was planning to go again to Costco on Friday and ask at the kiosk if I'm still eligible to get my $200 Costco GC if I get a different device/IMEI number from the one I originally used when doing the BYOD promo.
In the meantime, let us know if you find out something different
Apparently I closed my T-mo chat window before reading that I needed to watch for a follow-up email for my final authorization. I just saw the email now, so the order for the OnePlus 8t+ never went through. Chatted with T-mo and they confirmed if I don't return the authorization email in 48hrs, the phone order gets canceled.
Gonna let it be and not risk messing up the BYOD offer.

So they'll work in the sense of getting that number ported in but the big question is will they pay out the $100? I'd rather pay a little more for a number that'll definitely work than be out $3 for nothing.
Even if you ported a docent carrier, it might cancel out the Costco rebate.
Even if Costco rebate terms doesn't restrict it (permanent vs temp number) it could still be denied
Thing is, we want it to work! Last time, Tmo $250 and Costco $100, I think similar boat, lots of conflicting sides, shouldn't work, but it did work for those that did.
I'm in the same boat - whether to port in and possibly exchange Costco $200 for Tmo $100 but won't know until I get the Costco $200...
Looks like I have the same issue on new line that was added yesterday?
Also when I ported over two lines to my existing T-Mobile account at Costco, there were no activation fees or charges for the SIM cards.
I have an old Trackphone that wouldn't work on T-mobile network.
Will I be able to use it?

tmobile says the add a line is free, but the data is not. and since they no longer offers 4gb of data, its 6gb for $15, this doesn't sound right to me... can someone help?
because I can just pay the $10 and get the line with 4gb, why would I pay $15 for this line?
thanks
