The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

I am assuming that the free line takes on the unlimited data of your plan as with all the phones on your account? Is this an erroneous assumption?
I added the free line through calling and a rep set it up for me. Been getting few emails confirming the new line. I checked online and saw that the new line has the "SC 6GB Data..." added automatically to it for $15/month. I unchecked it and set it to "No Data", there is no option for 4GB, etc. like my other lines.

I was told that you have 30 days from the day the line was ordered to port in a number. Not sure if that's accurate but you should be able to do it and submit for the rebate.
Thank you. I'm assuming I have to call to port anyways so I can ask if I'm still eligible then too.

I had similar issue. Contact t-force and say your new line does not have the right data plan and ask them to copy the data plan from your other line.

Anyone showing "2020 Line On Us 3" under applied promotions and discounts after adding line at Costco? Mine is 20 hours and still not showing up that discount. 2 Tforce rep said they do see the discount applied on the line and will reflect on next bill but worried as it should show that immediately after that
T-mobile suggested to wait up to 2 billing circles to get the discount reflected. If the agent can see it in their system, you should be fine.

I know its been repeated here several times, but I can't emphasize enough... be careful with the promo codes applied that can affect your free line:

I went to Costco yesterday and first did Code P14 which is promo for S20 FE 5G upgrade device on a separate, existing line ($500 trade in of Samsung device). After completing that I did the $200 Costco Promo/2020 Line on Us 3. All looked good. Spoke to a rep last night and they confirmed everything looked good. Went into my account today and looks like they applied Promo P10 which is get S20 FE 5G for $99 and activate a line... so they screwed up and will nullify my free line. I am on the phone with them now so they can make the change to P14.

Can't trust these TMO experts... have to make multiple calls with different reps for concensus. My 2 cents.
Thanks for the info and good luck with your fight!

Why you don't trust OP's listed not stackable deals with free line offer? Each different T-Mobile agent may give you a different answer on a same issue.

Just tried to get socCode, it shows:
ratePlan: {socCode: "PCF1KT", name: "Classic 1000 Minute - Talk", planType: "OTHER"}
name: "Classic 1000 Minute - Talk"
planType: "OTHER"
socCode: "PCF1KT"
Not even sure if "PCF1KT" is the right code, it's not even listed on reddit.
There is no accountDiscounts line in dev tools either.
Anybody else here "walking in my socks"? Wave
I had this plan for almost 10 years. It is very good for a family need 5 lines and under. PAU is greatest for data ever!

Still not showing "2020 line on us 3" in my account And my current plan rate is also bumped up by $20 and earlier my account used to show it as T-Mobile Te and now it's showing as T-Mobile Tm
Did I get screwed ?
Sometimes it just takes time. Be patient and give it a couple of days for everything to work its way through the system.

So is there any reason not to believe that the Costco BYOD $200 gift card promo will get rejected if we take advantage of the 50% off Pixel promo after the fact (through T-mobile)?

We know the Pixel promo can stack with the free line, but it still is a phone discount from adding the line, which kinda conflicts with the Costco BYOD fine print.
I would like to know that too.

I could not get a confirmation but I was told by a representative that it will probably mess up any pending rebate/credit/gift card associated with the new line opened using BYOD promo.

I was planning to go again to Costco on Friday and ask at the kiosk if I'm still eligible to get my $200 Costco GC if I get a different device/IMEI number from the one I originally used when doing the BYOD promo.

In the meantime, let us know if you find out something different

It does. I got the LG k51. All I did was pay $14 to cover the tax portion. Now I'm getting credit for it each month so it balances it out at $0.
So you actually see both free line promo and device's promo (making LG K51) free show up on your account already? Can you kindly attach pic? Want to show my rep, who said it's not free. Thanks

Tmobile One All in Promo (100$ for 2 lines) seems to be out of the running. guess I will never be able to add a free 3rd line Smilie
FRLTUL2LP
If anyone has a different experience please share

T-Mobile chat was going to do it for me yesterday on the same code but since I already had a third line they weren't able to add any additional lines. You can keep trying to see if you can get someone willing to do it.

No go for me. I'm on Tmo One All In plan - 2 paid lines + 3rd line free on previous promo. They are saying my plan isn't eligible - FZLTUL2LP - $100 per month
Ever since I got the 3rd line free years ago I haven't been eligible to add anything else to this plan

If its like FRLTUL2LP when I tried to get a free line yesterday they told me that I am capped at three lines.

I asked the same question at Costco and i was advised not to change phone until i get the rebate. a new imei will invalidate it.
