The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

It took me 3 months and nearly 20 hours of work to finally get my free line from "Sprint" last time. It was a horrible mess and if I could do it all over id switch the whole family to Mint mobile

Quick question: I located the code using Google developer tool. However, the code I got has no number suffix but the spreadsheet has. E.g. mine is ABCDEFG and spreadsheet one shows ABCDEFG10. Am I considered to be eligible for the free line?

Same plus tmobile told me they would price match since the note 20 dropped 400$ 2 days after I got it and after 5+ agents and the return period finally passed they never price matched and changed to saying that they don't price match at tmobile . Never trust this dishonest company

My SOC is eligible and I added the line myself online but the promotion didn't show up on my account. It's been 2 days...and T-Force has been slow in responding. Anyone else have same issue?

I'm on Tmobile Business One and plan to change to one of the Magenta plans- will that void my free line?

Yeah I chatted for about 45 mins only to give up. Too many restrictions and I would lose my existing free iPad line and need to move to Magenta or Essentials plan. Keeping my T-Mobile One plan TYVM

T-Mobile has become terrible with things like this. They'll tell you one thing and do something completely different to your account, and there's nothing you can do about it. I've switched my iPhone upgrades to Apple directly and will no longer be making any changes to my T-Mobile account. Too shady.
