Honestly unless you can use the compressed air and face mask, I'd use that money for a cheapo $20 starter tool set that has a screwdriver with changeable bits, tape measure, hammer, ratchet etc. I got one of those sets from Radioshack also eons ago and that got a lot more use around the house and for working on the car.

I've never used tweezers or Allen wrench assembling a computer, but I could see them handy once in a while for those hard to reach fan/power connectors. just get a decent 10 in 1 screwdriver
