Same although I do see that although I don't see the Bluetooth icon displayed, my Samsung S9 DOES see both scooters in my Bluetooth device list. When I tap on them, it says that an app must be used to connect them. When I use the segway app, it still won't connect.

If I have the segway app open and then tap on the Bluetooth device, the scooter beeps as if acknowledging something - but it still will not connect and returns nothing found.

One of mine came today, like new condition, paired it with the app (you have to do this on the app, not your bluetooth settings), but fails to update firmware like others have experienced.

Omg, did Fedex stole my scooter? I was so excited when a notification from Walmart said my package was delivered. I saw no package and saw no fedex when I review my security camera footage. Wth, I dont want my refund. I just want my scooter.

Anyone have trouble updating firmware? Mine gets to 49% then beeps and says it failed.

For someone who has the app working, it's not that useful, imo. The settings available to me are locking the scooter, regen braking level, and cruise control. For me, I won't use any of those settings much.

Both of mine do the same. The charge percentages do not update in real-time and need to be powered off/on to see the actual charge percentage.
