If 3 years extended warranty was to purchase and the scooter somehow break down a couple of years later. Will I get full refund or partial refund due to depreciation in value ?

Mine came in mint condition, almost like brand new.
Was able to connect to it but failed at 47% during update.
Runs very nice so far, wish I've ordered two.

I did download the app, but it is still unable to find or connect app to scooter. This is on iOS.

Regardless, we've had a great day playing with it, plus with a 90 day limited warranty through Bird, and the 3 year warranty I purchased, I feel good about getting my money's worth out of it.

At $200, you definitely will get your money's worth, The 3 year warranty seems to cover everything, even normal wear and tear issues.

Got mine. This thing is awesome! Works perfect - appears to have been some very slight patch work done on the upper handlebars but not noticable unless you're looking for it. Running great up hill where I'm 195lbs and it's pulling 12-13 mph. Should've bought two!

I contacted Segway CS, they were of no help, just emailed Bird about the FW updating issue, if they respond with anything useful, will edit this post later.

Just got mine. Update failed on 47%.

Do i have to remove the white bird sticker at the front? I noticed its peeling off and there is another bird logo behind it?

Got 2 today. Both connect to the Segway app but fail the update at around 43% for me.

One was also missing a screw. Looked in the box and couldn't located the little sucker

Pretty sure it's a full refund if they can't find a replacement or repair it.
