Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

I rode 12 miles today. battery goes from 94% down to 14%. no where close to the 28miles range
Not expected if you go full throttle. Went with my wife today for a ride. Returning home. I had 70%, she had 78%. Depends on your driving stile.

Was not looking. But it was a pretty long ride. Was talking about driving stile. I'm sure you can get 25 miles range driving normal on flat surfaces.

Bummer..What was condition of your bike? New or used? How many miles were on it when it arrived? BT connected?
Do they not reset the ododmter when they refurbish it or something? Mine came with 0 miles on odometer but there's a piece on deck that broke and is missing...

I bought 3 of these. They must have been 3rd party refurbished. 2 of them had the original dashboard, 1 of them had the aliexpress dashdoard. I was able to solder an ST-Link usb to the board and flash the original dashboards to get the Bluetooth flashing capability and unlock the speed to 20mph. I'm working on figuring out the pinouts for the purple aliexpress board because there's not much documentation on forums about them. So 2 out of 3 are firmware flashable so far, not bad.

Good to know that you don't have to mess with the controller.

No not reset. Folks here reported different readings from 0.5m to 20mile or so

I made a FAQ on the questions area, feel free to add more to it so we can avoid people asking the same questions over and over.

Any way to determine what dashboard you have before disassembling the scooter? Ie, different bluetooth behavior, different serial number pattern, anything?

Peeled mine too. Another bird logo. Mine have few scratches on it and the bird logo(paint) peeled off a bit too but all good
Mine has yet to arrive. Is the logo underneath still black logo on white background or perhaps something else? I'd be cool with black on black if you can barely see it.

The logo underneath looks exactly like the vinyl overlay.

For anyone missing a screw(s), call the 800 number on the inner flap of the box and they'll FedEx you out a set.
