S20 FE's touch function-related malfunctions were improved, and the improved SW was issued on October 21st, butit was understood as a request for additional improvement.

The above was when I spoke to the wireless kiosk. Wrong place.
Went to return desk. Showed my receipt, asked for price adjustment. She checked and refunded to my card. The whole process took less than 1 min and no question was asked.
