I checked my account the next day and noticed a few changes. This was added to my T-mobile account: Plan Details > $20 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines) AND $20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines). It's my belief that I was able to combine the free line + free iphone xr, but I've to wait a couple of months to confirm it worked. I was just hoping this would help someone for CyberMonday!
I tried to do it initially at Costco, in order to also get their $200 rebate, but for whatever reason they could not get into the add-a-line log-in and I gave up (they had the same problem at the T-Mobile store, but they just did it over the phone instead). The guy at Costco also kept insisting the free add-a-line would not work if I already had more than two lines.
Would I be also to port over my phone number if it is from same tmobile/sprint but different account? Would they allow this. Thanks.

Regular shipping or expedite shipping..? Mine says the same Dec 6-14, but no further updates.
I did regular shipping but apparently shipped overnight on Wednesday
You can transfer the line to apple watch (LTE version) and keep the watch (and pair with your phone to make and receive calls)
