I believe this was the DC fandom exclusive and was also sold on lego.com. I had thought this was limited however it looks like this sets availability is higher than it was for the Star Wars and marvel limited sets which is pretty interesting if that's is the case here

Seems like this one never really sold out as quickly as the other exclusives. Wonder why that was the case. Seen this come back in stock a couple times.

Most likely because the movie was delayed several times and there was no hype for Wonder Woman merchandise by kids that would normally want this. Clearly there was enough supply for adult collectors but without demand from kids who watched the movie, it's probably hard for WW to compete with a Batman or Superman set that would hold more general appeal.

But Taskmasters Ambush sold out and that movie hasn't been released either?

That had a vehicle and there's probably more demand for the characters it included since Marvel has had Black Widow in how many Marvel movies now, compared to the 3 that Wonder Woman has been in. Plus, that's a movie set, whereas this is an homage to a comic book cover so it's probably less appealing unless you're a big WW comic fan.

Originally, yes. Changed to just DC Fandom when SDCC cancelled. No SDCC sticker on this unlike the Nebulon-B.

Curious where you got this information since this seems to be very limited to Wal-mart?

FYI....

A creative build by LEGO designer Carter Baldwin. Originally was to be an exclusive to San Diego Comic Con. So its nice having it easily available. Many will say its a bit high priced for the piece count and that it refuses the minifigures from the DC Superheroes CMF, which is true. Still a nice limited edition set so get it while you can as it will likely be much sought after once all copies have been sold
