Plenty of people have gone to school but no longer have access to an .edu email. How about we just try not being a jackass?
a7R = better for photography
a7S = better for video (flip screen / new, better menu)
a7C = compact version of the a7iii in the a6000/6400/6600 body style (no limit on recording time / flip screen / single SD card slot)
You'll first need to decide what it is you'll be doing with the camera.
If you are doing large format prints (greater than 16"x20" for example), or plan to do a lot of digital cropping then the higher resolution "r" series cameras are for you. However higher resolution also means worsened low light performance as the pixels get smaller to match the density.

The a7iii is a general use camera, it does everything well without making major sacrifices.

Great deal! from what I can tell, this is the cheapest the ar7 III has ever been either online or in-store.

It would be wise to compare these prices against Adorama EDU pricing. The 20mm 1.8, for example, has been $618 from Adorama for a bit.

Boohoo, go to school and then you can get in on it too. Crying about it isn't a very good look.

I think he's suggesting we remain perpetual students. Surely the edu discount balances out the thousands of dollars we would spend on tuition.

Same price as Adorama & B&H EDU for some time.
