If you're thinking of buying this as your 1st wok, I recommend starting with a carbon steel wok instead of cast iron. There's a high likelihood of this turning into a very heavy & large paperweight.
Not the right kind of wok for Asian cooking. Should get a cheap carbon steel and practice seasoning it. For woks you usually don't care about uniform heat conduction. You want the well to be very high heat and the sides less so. This would be much heavier and inferior in most aspects.
kind of small for a wok. 14 inch is better size

You bet. Any ferrous metal, including cast iron, will work on induction cooktops

Gonna be tough to clean this cast iron wok each time you use it.

I have the 14" Lodge as a heavy and large paperweight. Would like a carbon steel if anyone could recommend a quality one?

You have to try cast iron on induction. 90% of my cooking on the induction stove is with cast iron as I love the way they cook. Make sure you season your pans well in the oven. Avocado oil rubbed in a light coat on the pan and bake for 1 hour at 400°F with the pans upside down and let them cool in the oven is how I do mine.
