Really disappointed with the SlickDeals community members as represented in this thread. What's wrong with saying "People who aren't able to upgrade to another set for whatever reason" or "People who aren't willing to update their devices or may not understand the new technology"? Referring to them generically as "poor people" is just...classless.
Similar feeling for those on here who expect all people with hearing aids to be able to/to understand how to finagle their TV's with Roku's and latency and AirPods and Bluetooth transmitters. Can't it just be nice that this device is likely to help lots of people enjoy entertainment with their existing assistive listening devices without saying it implying those people are poor or unenlightened?
Thanks to you, OP. I think this device my help my dad use his hearing aids and enjoy music and/or TV.

For more generic option, I assume can get Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter with aptX Low Latency which Probably can get it for $20~$30 or less?

Then you can pair with any Bluetooth receiver, headphones, soundbar, speaker, etc that also support Bluetooth aptX Low Latency connection.
