After I hit the permanent unlock button it told it can't be unlock with error 132, do I just need to wait for it?
Yes, hit the unlock button again after 72hours, if it doesn't work then contact Tmobile, they will create ticket to fix.

I picked up two phones, and I got the second one before I got notification that my first trade-in was accepted. Then I started seeing all these posts of trade-ins being denied so I started getting nervous... both the phones I sent in were rooted and running custom roms (and super old; an LG G2 and an HTC Sensation 4G circa 2011 lol).

tl;dr both were accepted for the full $75.

I'm not saying the reports of denied trade-ins are all BS, but keep in mind when it happens folks will complain loudly, as would I. But my guess is the vast majority legitimately didn't meet the requirements.

Is it possible to unlock the phone to be able to use another carrier i.e. at&t? After unlock can I use the phone outside of the states? TIA.

Just wait until one day your phone locks up and then decides to do an unbreakable bootloop a few months outside of warranty. Story of both mine and my spouse's Nexus. Worked great other than that, but sucks randomly having your phone brick itself.

Id love to try out a Pixel. Unfortunately flagship phones just don't offer features that i like, and still use daily such as the headphone jack and expandable storage.

@twinbird, you have to update the description
This phone uses Snapdragon 730 SoC. It is MUCH slower than 865!
People have to know the correct specs!

This phone doesn't seem to be water resistant so beware. Don't take it to bathroom.

Not true. Just reach out to @tmobilehelp on Twitter via DM with the imei and they'll unlock it for you. I just did it last week. No special approach required. The unlock was successful in 8 hours.
Yes, I did mine within a week
