Not true. Just reach out to @tmobilehelp on Twitter via DM with the imei and they'll unlock it for you. I just did it last week. No special approach required. The unlock was successful in 8 hours.

A71 is a mid range phone with "5G competable" but i think note 9 should still be a better phone

I did all that added an iPhone 7 not broken screen as a trade in applied the codes and my total still comes out to $64.99, did I miss something?

Where does it say it has Snapdragon 865?

The Samsung page just says Octa-core and multiple online pages like GSMArena have listed Exynos 990 as the chip which is a mid-range chip.

How is the microphone (not speaker) on the A71? My Pixel 3 XL's mic tends to have very inconsistent quality for the person on the other end of the call...

Wonder if anyone can help... I am a T-mobile customer and I ordered this phone. Does it come with a T-mobile sim card already or do I need to transfer the sim card from my old phone to the new? The sim card fits (nano) but I am not sure if I will have to buy another one from the local tmobile store. Thanks for any info!

You can just use your old SIM with this (and it's nano SIM too)

I traded my cracked Note8 for $150, so the final price after taxes is $135.85.

When added to card price came down to $224.99, stacked SAMSUNG100GALAXY for $100 off and BLACKFRIDAY50REV for $20 credit, so final price is $124.99 + Tax = $135.85
