Sorry to double respond, Project Farm just did a review and the Hydro Flask came out on top. Also, my friend at work just contacted them because she received a dented one. All they requested was for her to write the date and warranty claim in black marker on the bottle and send a photo and they shipped a new one. In general, I've only seen good things from their customer service. Sorry you had a bad experience.

We had a problem with the lid on ours and all they required was 2 or 3 photos of the problem emailed to them. Sent us a new lid within a week.

I had a lid problem as well. Did same thing as person who posted what they did. Took some pics and they sent out right away.

your personal experience is irrelevant because my experience correlates to to the warranty statement issued by the company in red bold big letters. which clearly states that one will have to send back the item before the warranty is honored.

you could be a shill trying to make folks thing that their warranty is better than it is. the reality is that the company issued that statement for a reason. the warranty is a total garbage, I would not even hesitate to call it a scam, and their bottles are not worth even the discounted price.

you are better off buying a bottle at 1/2 the price from walmart, they have a better warranty than Hydro Scam. Until they change what is on their site:
