as a 5-6 days & 20-30 miles / week runner...
i bought (from adidas.com) and tried on these shoes, but didn't run in them because i wanted to be able to return them (which i did), and with my brief exposure i found them:
+ comfortable fit (toebox, arch, heel)
+ very cushioned (lots of boost?)
- felt heavy, large, and "clunky"
- squishy (lots of boost?)
i also found their appearance/colors/styling too "busy" for my tastes, but i wasn't going to "judge a book by its cover" and try to stay objective.
it's not that i prefer lighter weight, more minimal shoes, eg adizero, and dislike the x9000l4 because it's not as lightweight or minimal, but as someone who wears what i would consider average weight and size running shoe, eg solarboost (which are comparable to the ultraboost which people are more familiar with), i found it too big & heavy.
i also learned that you can have what appears to be too much boost: the shoe almost felt squishy under foot. don't get me wrong: the amount of cushion felt good. i just didn't like the trade-off in the feel of the shoe in bulkiness and squishiness for that level of cushion (whether due to the amount of boost or not).
any way, form your own opinion and provide your feedback here as finish line advertises "free and easy returns".

You can sign up for their status program and redeem a free shipping for 1 year reward. Note that it will still show $7 shipping but on the payment screen the reward redemption check box shows up for free shipping. Thanks op.

How did you get the free shipping? I just signed up and got 250 points. But the points aren't enough to get a free shipping. Where can I find the 1 year reward? Thanks in advance.
