Be careful with ordering this. As I understand from other threads, Costco has been shipping these by slapping a label on the product box and sending it without any additional protection.

one arrived in california (2 days after ordering upon seeing the OP's post) and one to hawaii (4 days, but $24 more in shipping). both had the external costco brown shipping box, airbags inside (not deflated), and internal cyberpower box. both came in great shape and working so far. although if you have a 4k monitor on your pc, the downloadable app (power panel) is tiny in 4k and cannot be enlarged with the normal windows 10 enlarge display settings.
