2. Log into account and navigate to "My Account" page
3. Scroll down to "Choose Your Rewards"
4. Keep scrolling until you see Free Shipping for 0 points
5. Add it to your wallet and activate
6. Free shipping discount will appear on checkout page

log into the Status rewards, click on Status, scroll down to choose your rewards. Scroll to the right until you find the free shipping portion for zero points and choose it.

Then when you are checking out, you have to click the box to use the promo to get free shipping.

FREESHIPSTAT must first be activated in your rewards. Then it wouldn't apply in cart step but did go through in checkout step however after paying, the confirmation screen showed the old total with shipping. Still waiting on email and CC statement to see what it actually charged me lol

Thanks, I'm not sure if I'm missing a step, but i redeemed the 1yr free ship thing. However, I'm still seeing the $7 shipping cost.

in the status, it says, Fulfilled. Free shipping welcome gift. at checkout, I don't get the free ship option

The freeshipstat code isn't a promo code, but after you add the free shipping reward to your wallet, on the second to last page of the order you have the option to redeem reward down at the bottom under all the payment info
