I think the 20x or 30x is dependent on your employer, not P@W level. I went to 5 star after buying an S21 Ultra and my offer was still 20x. Someone else earlier in this thread said they were 5 star and only had a 3x offer.
Edit: Nope I'm wrong, now I checked again and my points are up to 30x... soooo what's the ship by date looking like on a S21 Ultra 256GB these day?
I am using P@W for the first time. R10 registered but P@W is stuck at "shopped". Were you already at 5 stars when you made the purchase or after? This seems like the best cb deal.

Are you saying the Sprint T-Mobile version will work on Tmobile and also be fully unlock , is that version a GSM or CDMA?
Questioning why you would buy the Sprint version (and associated Sprint bloat) if you don't put it on a sprint account to get a lower price than the unlocked or TMO version? You can pay off early, but you have to sign up for Sprint financing to get that discount vs. unlocked price

I was just thinking of doing this, especially since I missed the 10% RK and apparently someone got it working. That's potentially 40% off right there (30x + 10%).....

But not going to count chickens and will be grateful for what I got
I ended up trying to go for it but might have screwed myself a little bit if it doesn't work, the cases with S Pen are OOS now and it wouldn't give me EPP on the Galaxy Buds so my order was a $12 more. But that's a risk I'll take if the $100 credit comes through and I earn 20x points on it again plus my Raku10 extension popped up saying it registered the purchase this time.

I'm first time P@W user as well, I got 5 star status after the points from my order went from pending to available.

The t-mobile price no longer has the $100 dollars off. It's much more expensive and a bad deal for the 21+ and the ultra. Any ideas how to get it back?

Tmobile offer was on 128gb or 512gb, the 128 is too less IMO and 512 was more expensive, I went with Unlocked 256gig which seems like the best option and nice middle ground. No Tmo bloat as well.

Yes the TMO $100 off is gone, for 2 days now. That sucks. Guessing that was a pricing mistake if they got it without having to sign up for TMO financing, though many people got it anyways.

Try looking back at the pages on this thread 2 days ago, and maybe you find someone with a screenshot of the lower price to use as ammo with chat. Good luck. Would have been easier to do right after the price change.

Does anyone know how to change the band color of galaxy watch 3 while selecting it from the bundled/accessory credit page? Galaxy watch3 41mm silver color only get black colored band by default.

Has anyone remember s20 price changes/promotion history at samsung.com from last year? not sure if i should wait since t-mobile version $100 off is gone.
From past experience, the price will drop $150-200 after 3-4 months on samsung.com. Other retailers like Amazon and Best Buy may drop the price earlier, after 2-3 months. The best deal is usually with the carrier-branded variants that usually come bill credits if you don't mind staying with your carrier to collect all the bill credits.
Quote from WandaVision View quoted comment :
I have a sprint account with 5 lines for $100. Two of the lines have free s10+'s after bill credits. I am only 6 months in on those phones so am staying with Sprint for another 18 months. I think it make sense to trade these in for the $550 credit as I will still keep getting the monthly bill credits according to the terms as mine is not a lease but a 24 months payment deal. Anyone done the same in the past?
It's YMMV, depending on your luck if they thoroughly check the IMEI of the trade-in phone. Since the phone is financed with 24-mo installments, its IMEI will come up as financed with the FED flag. Legally, you don't own the phone till it is paid off, so Samsung can reject your tradein because their trade-in terms state that you must own the phone.

Does anyone know if there is a difference in 5G & 4G LTE bands between the Unlocked version and the carrier locked version? (S21 - Specifically AT&T).

Would like to get the AT&T version (currently on AT&T) to get the VoLTE and Visual Voicemail working out of the box but want to be able to use it on different network without any missing bands down the road. Can't find this info anywhere else.

Any help, thoughts would be highly appreciated. Thanks much.
The hardware and radio bands are identical between the factory unlocked and carrier variants.

Yes.

Does Samsung limit the number of discounted transactions you could do through Perks at Work? I am seeing "the employee discount limit exceeded" error.
Yes, to crack down on resellers since you can get deep discounts with PaW. You can try clearing cookies or creating new accounts. The later usually work.
Quote from petrified1 View quoted comment :
Anybody get the 10% off code for payment needs updating error? When I bought the S10 (I think) a while back they would offer you 10% off to update your payment. For some reason I placed 2 orders with the same card and the S21 Ultra went thru but the S21 didn't go through. Was gonna see if they were gonna send an extra 10% off but I can't recall usually how long it takes until they send you that extra 10% off?

Also I read that a lot of people say that the 10% is no longer offered/not for pre-orders?
The cancel and change payment methods have temporarily stopped working online. I think Samsung has disabled the 10%-discount feature on both methods online. Samsung is watching this thread like a hawk since they have paid SD to push it onto the Featured Deals, which is now a sponsored deal and not the same as the Frontpage Deals.

The Featured Deals section at the top of the Slickdeals home page contains deals that may be sponsored by the merchant.

Quote from sovandara_chea View quoted comment :

It will work on T-Mobile due to the merger, but not fully unlocked. The hardware and radio bands are identical for factory unlocked and carrier variants.

Anyone have an idea what the difference is between the Tmobile offer and the Tmobile/Sprint offer. How is the phone different? I've been using unlocked, and wondering what I would be getting into.
The hardware and radio bands are identical for factory unlocked and carrier variants. Just buy your carrier variant if it is cheaper and ask your carrier to unlock it.

Don't forget that the unlocked version does not have carrier active items like wifi calling, which I need at my house and many other places due to poor cell service. I would absolutely be on unlocked version if all features were available on it.
Quote from afz100 View quoted comment :
Thank you for this note about unlocked phone having no wifi calling. I now have an S8, unlocked without wifi call and I need that now - time to decide which carrier to buy. I'm now on ATT, but will switch to Ting, then back to ATT prepaid...
Quote from doema View quoted comment :
I don't think that's 100% true. I have a US unlocked S10e and it supports wifi calling on T-Mobile. just checked and wifi calling is one of the options under connection.
Quote from afz100 View quoted comment :
I had a chat with an agent on samsung.com and the confirmed the unlocked phone does have wifi calling available. I this became standard on phone >s10
Quote from idfw2003 View quoted comment :
I disagree. My S8 is unlocked and MintM. has WiFi calling and the phone asked me if I want to turn that on. Now, I can't tell if I'm really using Wifi calling because I seldom use it at home. If MintM. is using the T-M. towers for their service, that means unlocked phone will tap into WiFi calling from T-M customers. Just my 2 cents.
Quote from idfw2003 View quoted comment :
S8 unlocked on MintM and a pop-up message asked me if I want to turn WiFi calling on. The question is, does the phone detect the carrier SIM and know if wifi calling is available or it does that automatically regardless if it works or not. Unless AT&T does not even offer wifi calling to begin with, do they?
Quote from vovn123 View quoted comment :
You are wrong. I have N10 plus unlocked and I get wifi calling and Volte on both ATT and Timo/Mint. I also have several other phones(OP 8Pro and Moto G fast/Power) unlocked and have Wifi calling no problem on both carriers

II second this. I have an unlocked N20 ultra bought directly from SS. I get WF calling on T mobile and AT&T/Red pocket GSMA.

It's true for Verizon. It's carrier dependant.

My unlocked S8 and S8 plus on Verizon did not have wifi calling and a few other features. It was grayed out and did not work. I switched to the S9 plus a while later on an upgrade and went to a Verizon device so I had access to all of Verizons features.
Maybe they changed that, if they did great. If they didn't and you need those features gambling on an unlocked device isn't worth it to me.
Quote from DLS_DLS View quoted comment :

Can confirm. Been using WiFi calling with Xfinity mobile on unlocked S10, S10 plus and S20plus. Don't see a reason why it wouldn't on S21Ultra.
Quote from dochollywood101 View quoted comment :
I have an unlocked Samsung S20+ with ATT and since upgrading to Android 11, I do have WiFi Calling so I can confirm it works since I have it enabled and using it on ATT PostPaid. This wasn't the case when I had Android 10. If there are any other features you'd like to know about, post and let me know. Personally, I find the S21 a downgrade to make the price cheaper and won't be upgrading anytime soon. S20+ is a great phone with great battery life and a beautiful screen! Got it at a dirt cheap price as places were unloading the S20+ to make room for the S21 series.
To all wondering about Wi-Fi calling on factory unlocked smartphones, it depends on which carrier you are on.

For T-Mobile and Sprint, Wi-Fi calling works.

For AT&T, you need software update from AT&T:
https://www.att.com/ecms/dam/att/...etwork.pdf
The above list will be updated once AT&T has the software update for the Galaxy S21 series.

For Verizon, the factory unlocked smartphones have to be certified by Verizon:
https://opendevelopment.verizonwi...e-showcase
* Choose Smartphone under Search Filters on the above for the current list.

It will take some time for AT&T to release the software update and for Verizon to certify the factory unlocked Galaxy S21 series. hug

EDIT: Looks like SD tries to hijack the above links and messes them up. Copy and paste the following links if the above links do not work.
Code:

I contacted chat after my order went into processing and I no longer had the option to cancel. I was told they could not cancel on their end and instructed me to refuse delivery. Then I asked for a discount if I decided to accept delivery. He came back with 10%. Said to save chat id for reference and contact chat once the phone arrives to process discount. Hope this helps.
