Best time to try to "cancel"?
(1) While in transit with FedEx
(2) One or more bundle items delivered
(3) All phone / bundle items delivered
(4) After RAK10 and/or p@w posts

Just found out esim is disabled for all US models 😡 and a 10% save-the-sale discount might convince me to put up with it.
You can chat anytime after you have placed the order and check if they give you any discount. Just mention you plan to cancel or return due to esim being disabled. But I am not sure on how this would affect the cash back.

Why do you like the feel of the hybrid over tempered? It still feels and looks like glass but it's thinner?
Exactly - feels like glass but thinner. But like you say, it likely won't provide the same protection if dropped.

I was able to chat with them a few minutes about some ordering issues that I had, some codes didn't apply. And I stated it was within my price range but it's not like this. I honestly don't care if I get the phone or not(Not to the rep). So I was like just cancel it, he said he can refund me 10% or nearly $80 dollars back. I accepted it and thank him but Im still not sure if im going to keep it or not.

The 10% discount - is this on the phone base price or from the total bill? Meaning if someone buys a S21 (priced at $800) and their final invoice amount is $250 (after instant trade-in credit, other discounts, etc.) the 10% discount is on $800 or $250?

EDIT: And the 10% discount is a refund back to the credit card? Or a promo code for future purchase @ Samsung?

It is the 10% final invoice price. Refund will be a promo code with expiration date.

I've got the amfilm hybrid coming. Somehow I was playing around with all the codes from the other thread and it showed up at $3.14 so I ordered.

I didn't want to go uv and it seems like standard tempered glass won't work, even with the S21 base, though there is a guy expecting delivery on one tomorrow that someone else says works.

I won't use PET film. Still scared from the horrific zagg products from years past where you could barely slide your finger over it yet other people raved about the product.

My concern with the hybrid is that it may not provide the same level of drop protection that tempered glass would. Plus at 7H hardness, I'll probably have to replace it more than I would tempered glass.

Why do you like the feel of the hybrid over tempered? It still feels and looks like glass but it's thinner?
EDIT: Got it to work.

You got the codes working today? Do you remember how you did it? None of the codes are working for me.

its a 10% discount on final invoice amount(in some cases people have got the taxes included as well). It is a refund back to the mode of payment used for order.

Ok. Sounds like the $50 promo code for a future purchase, might be a better option, since 10% discount in this scenario would only be $25.

I totally agree, however, in some cases folks have been able to double dip.... $50 promo code and a 10% save-the-sale discount.

I won't do it but just wondering what happens if I use the $50 promocode, then return the phone?

How were they able to do this? Just keep trying to cancel with sequential reps and the discounts pile up?

Need help!!!
Thinking if return s21plus I preordered. What are my options?
If I return the phone:
1- do I return the s10plus I was supposed to trade in?
2- do I lose the 200 credit for the preorder (used the 200 to purchase a jet75 vacuum).

I pre-ordered the S21 Ultra from T-Mobile on 01/28. Is it too late to get the promotional $200 credit from Samsung? If so, where do I go to send in my paperwork?

1. You can keep your s10, if you want to or can send it to samaung and get a promo code for the discount offerred.
2. Yes that $200 discount wouls be forfeited as well as if there was any extra discount because of bundle, you would have to pay it.

Bonus suggestion, you can find your return refund by clicking the return option on samaung.com in your orders.
