There is a mod alert button you can use to alert the mods of the repost instead of replying with "Repost". Also, the OP in this thread took the time to provide links, which is probably why your post was created first. Word of advice though, people like links. It would also help if you said it was for the Switch in your post as well.

Hey good for you. Good luck playing those games outside of your home with that PC. Do you bust out another set of mouse and keyboard when someone in your home wants to play with you or do they have to pay for another $1000 PC (at least) just to be able to do couch co-op?

Remember, if you accidentally put in an Oregon zip code on your Switch, Nintendo won't know to charge you tax, so make sure that doesn't happen.

These are the sale prices?

I'm just here out of curiosity, I don't own a Switch. All I'll say is I'm glad I game on PC, lol
Yeah, Nintendo has probably the highest percentage of orginal content games genius. How many Mario Games on PC? Zelda? Kirby? Smash? The upcoming Metroid ? How's that PC for portability? Trying to update it continuously to keep up? The outlay for a gaming pc and/or laptop. Pffft.

Debating between MM2 and the Kirby one for kiddos. I played the demo version of Kirby and enjoy it but asking if anyone has both that I should choose one or the other. The kiddos do like Minecraft.

I agree.
My kids game on iPads.
Many of these games are much cheaper on iOS and allow 5 person family sharing.
Switch pricing and sharing is terrible.

So people with jobs prefer to buy their game legitimately than to pirate them with emulator and then brag about how they get their games for free.
Before I started buying Switch games, I tried to play them on emulators but it's so much of a hassle. Some games don't work properly or there's bugs. I just buy all my games digitally now and it's well worth it.

Anyone got Captain Toad + DLC for <$5 from Walmart?
I did. It was such a good deal, and I was fortunate enough to get in on it early.

absolutely not too difficult. If they like Mario, they will love it.
Agreed. I have a 5 year old that loves creating levels.

Someone is a little salty... Like it or not, PC's can easily shame every benchmark even the latest and greatest consoles can set. A PC isn't designed to be portable, that's not its purpose; the Switch was. Yet a decent laptop plays thousands more games than the Switch.

Horizon chase turbo is arcade racing perfection. I've bought it 3 times digitally at full price and scored a physical copy for switch and at this price I may buy it for a friend.

Mario maker 2 worth $42? Is building levels too difficult for a 7-year old child? Thanks in advance.
My daughter is 7 and loves making her own levels and playing others'. Granted her levels aren't as complex as her 10 year old brother's, but she still has a blast and loves showing them off to big bro.

Can't comment on Kirby as we don't own it, but my avid Minecraft 10 and 7 year olds both love MM2.

In case no one mentioned it, Panzer Dragoon remake is on sale for $6 and some change. A classic on-rails shooter developed by Sega for the Saturn featuring a gorgeous score and decent gameplay (for what it is).
