I have three of them installed under my roof with pre-wired POE cable, and I think they are perfect low-cost solution for me:
great night-vision, support H265 recording on local SD, installed high under roof so no worry about being destroyed by break-in and hence no need to buy subscription, can be viewed remotely on phone
