I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

If I choose to activate 2 lines for $70, can I transfer one line first ($40), and then add one line later ($30). I am not sure if my transfer number would work, so I would like to port-in one number first. If it work, I will port in another line later, is that possible?
This should be doable.

Hello can someone please educate me...I've read the wiki but it seems to contradict the details on metro website. I'm sure I'm not reading it correctly.

I want to buy 4 phones.
I get 2 port in required for N10
But even other phones state that port in in required. What do I need to tell the Store so these phones are also free without port in?

Thanks
You say : hey I heard you guy gave 4 lines for $100 and each new line comes with a free phone?
Random metroguy: yap but I am going to try to tell you you have to pay activation fee
You say: nah your sign outside says no activation fee
Random guy: that is if you have numbers to port in(or some random other excuse)
You say: cool I have two numbers to Port in so you can Waice the activation fee. A pair of the one plus N10 and 2 N100 phones please. I want the N10s to go into the numbers I am porting okay?
Random guy: grumbles
You say: thank for being so helpful I hope they give me a survey so I can say nice things

You'll see 2 cards thru the window on the back. If just TMo (as mine were from Target), you'll see just one.

Easiest would be buy boost numbers from ebay, $6 or so each. You get account # pin in half hour.

Check the number here for any MVNO: if it says TMo or Sprint, you're screwed. https://www.imei.info/

It should be 2 port in (switch rebate) per ID regardless what phone you get. If you want more than 2 phones, you can only get 3rd and 4th as new line. Still YMMV. Some stores force people to port in 4 numbers for free phones.
Sounds like my Mom should come along with a second ID so I can maximize the value for me. I don't need the 3rd and 4th devices for "add a line" and don't want to miss out if I can get both the two free Nord N10 and two $49 iPhone SE.

Does the fact that my Mom is in T-Mobile parent system as owning a 55+ account get in the way of porting over some Tello lines to Metro?

If the numbers are tello t mobile, they won't work for port in as reported by others in this thread.

Also I checked another Tello number on tmobile website - https://www.t-mobile.com/resource...our-number and it shows eligible ..does that mean it will work to port in to metro also ?

looks like there is not too much interest in 2 n10 + 2 se

other than from the three of you.

perhaps one of u can find out the details of that and post back.

maybe even call the local metro.

Simply based on metro terms, it doesn't seem one can get 2 N10 and 2 se. N10 limit 2 switcher rebates, se limit 2 switcher rebates. However, N100 also has limit 2 switcher rebates, new line rebate is not mentioned for N100. Apparently people can get 2 N10 port in and 2 N100 new line by porting in only 2 number. One ID can't get 4 switcher rebates, this is for sure. It's unclear if one can get se as new line. If someone can try this instore, and report back, it would be very helpful to others.
